Dear Sir:

This letter concerns the above-referenced mutually exclusive applications for new 
secondary television facilities.  On August 31, 1999, in response to a written request by 
the applicant, we dismissed Paxson Buffalo License, Inc.'s above-referenced applications 
for Channel 35 at Rochester, New York, and Channel 36 at Buffalo, New York.  
Therefore, your application (File No. BPTTL-980601QQ) for Channel 36 at Rochester, 
New York, is no longer mutually exclusive with any other application.  This letter is to 
inform you that we have removed your application (MX Group SST4) from the March 
21, 2000, Supplemental Closed Broadcast Auction.  See Public Notice, "Supplemental 
Closed Broadcast Auction," DA 99-2958, released December 23, 1999.
