Interested parties may obtain one copy free of charge, and additional copies are available at a cost of $16.00 each, including first-class postage, payable by Visa, MasterCard or check. Short-form application (FCC Form 175) filing software for this auction has been posted on both the Internet and the Commission's Bulletin Board System.
